Terms and conditions of use

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This document regulates the general terms and conditions of contract and use of the website www.mmacademyonline.com (hereinafter, ‘the Platform’), owned by MM ACADEMY, S.L., with registered office at Calle Gloria Fuertes 64, 28049 Madrid (Spain), Tax ID Number B56126640. Contact email: info@manumartin.academy.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

MM Academy Online offers:

• Certifications for coaches, in the form of individual access to digital courses.
• Subscription access to a content platform for continuous training.

Access to both services is conditional upon prior payment or activation using an access code provided by MM ACADEMY.

3. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE

3.1. Registration

Access to the content requires prior registration as a user. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep their access credentials strictly confidential.

3.2. Duration of access

• Subscription: permanent access as long as the recurring payment is maintained.
• Certification courses: access for 12 months from the date of purchase.

3.3. Use of content

The user agrees to use the content for personal and private purposes. The distribution, resale, public communication or any unauthorised use of the content is expressly prohibited.

MM ACADEMY may suspend or cancel accounts that make fraudulent use, share content or use it in a manner contrary to these conditions.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

The prices applicable to the products and services are those published on the website at the time of purchase. Payments will be made through RedSys (virtual POS), allowing bank cards, Bizum, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

5. REFUND POLICY

The user may request a refund within the first 24 hours after purchase by sending an email to info@manumartin.academy indicating the reason. After this period, no refunds will be made.

6. CERTIFICATES

Certification courses offer a certificate upon completion, provided that the requirements established in each course are met.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Platform (videos, texts, documents, design, structure, software, etc.) is the exclusive property of MM ACADEMY and is protected by national and international legislation. Any unauthorised use may be prosecuted.

8. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain).
